Massachusetts SB 1558 support added

Coverage for the new Massachusetts pay transparency law (effective August 1, 2026) is now live. RoleComply will flag postings missing salary ranges for roles accessible to Massachusetts residents. Employers with 25+ employees should begin auditing job posting templates now — salary band documentation takes time. See our

EU Directive — Belgium and Poland transpositions added

Coverage for Belgium and Poland is now active following both countries publishing their Pay Transparency Directive transposition regulations in January 2026. Belgium's implementation includes a salary history ban and the right-to-request provision. Poland's regulation is closely aligned with the Directive minimum requirements. Both will be enforced by member state agencies from May 2026. We've also updated our EU Directive coverage to reflect Germany and France's latest enforcement guidance updates.

Slack alerts — per-severity filtering now available

You can now configure Slack alerts to notify on violations only, warnings only, or both. This reduces noise for teams who want to action critical violations immediately while reviewing warnings on a weekly basis. Configure your threshold under Settings → Notifications → Slack. Existing integrations default to 'violations and warnings' to match previous behaviour.

New Jersey NJDOL enforcement began — scan rules tightened

The NJDOL began issuing Notices of Violation in February 2026. We've updated our New Jersey detection to align with NJDOL's published enforcement guidance, which clarifies that: (1) third-party agencies posting on behalf of covered employers are liable, (2) the 10-employee threshold counts all employees globally, not just NJ-based staff, and (3) internal promotions posted externally are covered. We recommend a full audit of existing NJ postings.

Audit trail — 24-month scan history now available

The compliance history view now shows 24 months of scan data, up from the previous 90-day window. This extended history is particularly valuable for OFCCP audit preparation, which requires records going back two years. You can filter by violation type, jurisdiction, date range, and resolution status. Older records beyond 24 months are available on request under our Enterprise plan.

UPDATE

Dashboard redesign — compliance score now the primary metric

Based on feedback from our HR and legal users, we've moved the overall compliance score to the top of the dashboard overview — making it the first thing you see on login. Below the score, a breakdown by violation type (pay transparency, EEO, ADA, OFCCP) shows where your open issues are concentrated. The previous 'last scan' view is still available under the Timeline tab. The new layout is live for all plans.

FIX

Scan timing normalised — all accounts now scan at consistent times

We identified a bug where accounts created in non-US timezones were having their daily scans run at inconsistent times due to a timezone offset error in our job scheduler. All scans now run at the time specified in your account timezone settings. If your account was affected, you may notice a one-time shift in your next scan time. No scan data was lost — the fix applies to scheduling only. Affected accounts have been emailed.
