The problem we solve
Pay transparency laws are now active in 15+ US jurisdictions and all 27 EU member states are transposing the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The pace of change is accelerating. Most HR teams are managing compliance manually — in spreadsheets, with occasional legal reviews — and missing violations as a result.
How we work
We maintain a continuously updated rules database covering every active and incoming pay transparency law. Our scanning engine checks every job posting on your careers page daily, flags violations with plain-English explanations, and generates audit-ready reports at any time.
